Mr. Cai Haidong specialises in Dispute Resolution & Litigation.
Mr. Cai has handled more than 100 litigation and arbitration cases at all levels of the people’s court and major domestic arbitration institutions such as CIETAC and BAC. He has considerable experience in dealing with disputes related to finance, real estate, construction, share transfer, etc.
Mr. Cai’s clients include financial institutions, real estate companies and provincial state-owned enterprises. As for the field of finance, he represented several financial institutions and well-known enterprises in dealing with disputes related to financial loans, bill of exchange, gold leases, finance leases, asset management and demand guarantees. In the real estate field, he represented clients in handling disputes involving commercial housing underwriting contracts and real estate project transfer contracts. He also represented clients in disputes concerning construction contracts, share transfer contracts and government franchises. With solid expertise and years of experience, he provides clients with innovative, practical and comprehensive solutions in many major and complex projects. He is widely recognized by his clients.
Mr. Cai has been awarded “Excellent Young Lawyer of Provincial Law Firm” by the Shandong Lawyers Association on April 2018. He has been included in “Foreign-related Lawyer Talent List” by the Ministry of Justice on March 2019.
Work Experience
Mr. Cai joined King & Wood in 2019. Prior to that, he worked at two reputable law firms in Shandong.
Mr. Cai obtained his LL.B and LL.M from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. Mr. Cai obtained his legal practice certificate in China in 2007.
Mr. Cai's working languages are Chinese and English.
