Anthony is a partner in our Hong Kong office where he specialises in corporate finance, cross border mergers and acquisitions, public takeovers and equity capital markets. He has more than 18 years of experience advising clients in relation to transactions in Hong Kong SAR, China Mainland and elsewhere in Asia.

Anthony is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong. Prior to joining KWM, Anthony was a partner at a leading PRC law firm, and before that a consultant at a magic circle law firm in Hong Kong. Anthony is also a chartered accountant with six years of experience at a Big 4 international accounting firm, where he advised financial institution clients including retail banks, international investment banks and asset management companies on audit/assurance and internal control matters. He is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
