- Dexus: development of a state-of-the-art clinical and research facility within Adelaide’s AUD$3.6 billion BioMed City precinct in South Australia.
- Walker Corporation: on Stages 3, 4, 6 and 8 of the AUD$3 billion Parramatta Square development comprising community and council facilities and commercial space in New South Wales.
- Sunshine Coast Council and SunCentral Maroochydore: on the new AUD$2.5 billion Maroochydore City Centre development by Walker Corporation, in Queensland.
- Frasers: on the AUD$2.5 billion Central Place Sydney development including 150,000m2 of premium office space in New South Wales.
- Newmark Jam Factory Property Trust: advised on the AUD$1.4 billion Jam Factory redevelopment project and joint venture with a development fund established by Qualitas and Gurner, in Melbourne, Victoria.
- Destination Gold Coast Consortium: on the redevelopment of The Star Casino, Gold Coast including mixed use residential, hotel and retail towers in Queensland.
- Brookfield: development through to practical completion of Brookfield Place including a new transit hall and office tower at Wynyard Railway Station, Sydney.
- QIC: planning strategy for the AUD$1 billion section 96 city mixed use retail, office, residential, hotel and public carpark project in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory.
- Saracen Properties: 5-star Westin Hotel development in Margaret River, Western Australia.
- On the design, construction and management of the Waterloo Integrated Station Development in Sydney, New South Wales which will consist of a new metro station and a mixed-use precinct including three towers and two mid-rise buildings above and adjacent to the station and residential, community space, commercial, retail and student accommodation uses.
- Infrastructure NSW: on the relocation of the existing Sydney Fish Markets and the AUD$8 billion redevelopment of the site in Blackwattle Bay, New South Wales.
- ASX Listed Property Developer: on a AUD$580 million commercial tower development in Melbourne, Victoria including agreements for lease with anchor tenants and the agreements to govern precinct activation and the common use and maintenance of shared services within the commercial precinct.
