KWM boosts private capital capability with appointment of Nicola Yeomans in Singapore

Having built a market-leading reputation (ranked as a leading lawyer by top industry guides Chambers and Legal 500) for technical and commercial excellence, Nicola joins KWM citing the firm's strength and depth in Private Equity and Private Capital as the ideal platform to support and further grow her practice in the Asian region.

Nicola joins the firm from Herbert Smith Freehills, where she spearheaded the firm's private capital practice in Asia.

Together with other recent high-profile lateral hires John Shum, Amanda Lees, Jake Robson and Nick Davies, Nicola's appointment further bolsters KWM's Singapore platform and continues to demonstrate the firm's commitment to delivering unparalleled connectivity and expertise with the firm's other core markets in China, Australia and Hong Kong.
