King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) has acted on Villa World Limited's (Villa World) $50 million Series A, Tranche 1 simple corporate bonds offering.
KWM advised the arranger, ANZ Securities Limited, as well as the joint lead managers ANZ, Evans and Partners Pty. Ltd. and Morgans Financial Limited.
The KWM team was led by Partners Shannon Finch (M&A) and Jo Dodd (B&F), supported by Senior Associate Amanda Isouard and Solicitor Anna Chen.
Shannon Finch said; "Advising the arranger and joint lead managers on Villa World's offering has continued KWM's involvement in simple corporate bonds offerings, with the firm also acting for issuers Peet Limited and Australian Unity Limited last year."
