King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) is continuing to grow its Perth office and strengthen its Real Estate and Dispute Resolution practices with the appointment of Carl Black and Sam Dundas to the Perth partnership.
Carl has a strong track record advising both public and private sector clients on high-profile real estate developments, and managing portfolios for large commercial property developers and asset owners in WA and overseas.
Specialising in dispute resolution and insolvency, Sam acts for clients in complex commercial disputes and all aspects of administrations, receiverships and liquidations.
Carl joins from Squire Patton Boggs and Sam joins from HWL Ebsworth.
Both Carl and Sam have deep relationships and broad experience across a range of sectors including Hospitality & Leisure, Energy & Resources, Real Estate, Aviation & Transport, and Financial Institutions, which will complement the existing capability within the Perth partnership and support our diverse client base in this market
