King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) is pleased to have advised funds managed by Quadrant Private Equity on their just-completed investment into Fullerton Health Australia.
KWM advised Quadrant on all legal aspects of the transaction.
The KWM team was led by KWM Head of private equity Mark McNamara, and supported by partners Matthew Coull and Elizabeth-Hundt Russell.
Commenting on the transaction, Mark McNamara stated: "We are delighted to have advised Quadrant on this new investment in the healthcare sector after working on many previous healthcare investments for them, including their most recent successful exit of Qscan."
This deal caps off a busy end of year for the KWM private equity team after having also acted for Style Capital on its purchase of the Zimmermann fashion brand and Quadrant Private Equity and other shareholders in Qscan on their recent exit of that investment to Infratil and Morrison & Co.
