King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) has appointed Partner Dale Rayner to its Banking & Finance practice.
Dale will join KWM's Sydney office from Norton Rose Fulbright where he was trusted adviser to a strong and diverse client base of leading financial institutions and banks, specialising in Asset and Structured Finance. He also has strong expertise across a broad range of Banking & Finance areas including derivatives, Islamic finance law and financing for PNG clients.
Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Dale was Associate Director, Asset & Structured Finance with HSBC in Hong Kong and Vice President for Societe Generale in Hong Kong and London. His extensive Asian connections and experience will be invaluable in the further development of KWM's regional offering.
