Asia’s top tier international firm King & Wood Mallesons today announced its implementation of innovative corporate structure modelling platform, Jigsaw.* Following a detailed and competitive evaluation process and extensive experimentation, KWM has commenced firm-wide deployment.

“At KWM, we enable our people to deliver legal service excellence at a greater speed and lower cost through legal technology tools. Jigsaw builds on our Legal Tech bench and furthers our market leading position as an innovative firm, committed to working differently in order to better serve our clients,” said Michelle Mahoney, Executive Director of Innovation, KWM Australia.

“Communicating with clarity and impact is critical to providing KWM’s clients with effective, efficient and engaging legal advice. Visual aids, diagrams and flow charts are essential pieces in many advices, pitches, presentations and reports delivered by KWM, and Jigsaw makes the complex, simple. In fact, during our testing it was 58% faster to use Jigsaw than to create the diagram in the incumbent platform.”

The addition of Jigsaw is part of KWM’s broad multi-year Transformation Programme, designed to equip lawyers with the skills, knowledge and tools required to deliver exceptional client experiences in a continually evolving market.

“The team at KWM have been a pleasure to work with and, after a thorough examination of the market, have found Jigsaw to be the clear leader in this space. We are thrilled to be a crucial part of KWM’s Transformation Programme, and are looking forward to saving their lawyers countless, painstaking and unnecessary hours in PowerPoint. Jigsaw has proven that it can help its clients win and retain business, and help raise the level of service law firms can provide.

We are incredibly proud to continue working alongside such a forward-thinking firm who are committed to improving the way legal services are delivered - we are excited to see what can be achieved together over the coming years.” – Alice Danes, Jigsaw

*Please note that the adoption of Jigsaw is in the Australian & Singapore firm only.
