King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) is delighted to welcome two leading dispute resolution (DR) experts to the partnership, as the firm bolsters its offering in response to the evolving dispute resolution landscape.
Damian Lovell and Hamish Macpherson are recognised as preeminent in their areas of expertise.
Damian joins the firm from National Australia Bank, where he was a litigation consultant. Prior to that Damian spent 6 years as the Vice President of litigation at BHP and 12 years as a Partner at Herbert Smith Freehills.
Hamish comes most recently from White & Case, having previously been the Global Head of the Construction Disputes practice at Herbert Smith Freehills, where he had been a Partner since 2005.
Damian and Hamish have extensive experience across financial services, energy and resources, industrial, real estate and infrastructure sectors. Both Damian and Hamish will be based in Sydney.
