KWM Advises Sydney Airport On $2.6 Billion Sydney Gateway Project

King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) have advised Sydney Airport on Sydney Gateway, a high capacity road link between the WestConnex St Peters Interchange and Sydney Airport valued at $2.6 billion.

The Sydney Gateway Project is an Australian and NSW Government initiative to improve road and rail access to Sydney Airport and the surrounding Port Botany area.

KWM advised Sydney Airport on both the design and construct as well as the compliance and approval aspects of the project. The KWM deal team was led by Partner Chris Mitchell supported by senior associate Meadhbh Cacciaguidi-Fahy and solicitor Josh Atallah, with Banking team support provided by Banking Partner, Yuen-Yee Cho and senior associate, Zoe Anderson.
