King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) has acted for Peet Limited (Peet) on its offer of senior unsecured bonds to eligible professional and sophisticated investors.
The KWM team advising on the transaction was led by Partner, Jo Dodd. Jo was supported on the transaction by Solicitor, Ricky Melamdowitz.
Commenting on the transaction, Jo said: "We are very pleased to have worked with Peet on its offer of senior unsecured bonds in the wholesale markets, having also assisted Peet with all of its simple corporate bond offerings to retail investors. Once issued, the proceeds of the bonds will provide the group with increased investment flexibility."
The sole lead manager for the offering is National Australia Bank Limited.
