KWM advises on Laser Clinics sale

King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) advised the owners of Laser Clinics Australia (LCA) on the sale of the skincare and cosmetic business to funds advised or managed by KKR following a competitive auction process.  LCA is the leading provider of non-invasive aesthetic treatments in Australia with a network of more than 80 clinics.  

The sale process began earlier this year and was led by KWM Partner Mark McNamara and included partners Liz Hundt-Russell, Paul Schroder, and Tim Sherman, Senior Associates Anthony Boogert and Joe Power and Solicitors Dan Flanagan and Ashely Tao.  Luminis Partners acted as the sell side corporate adviser.
