King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) has advised UK private equity firm Livingbridge on its partnership with TSA Management Pty Ltd, which specialises in providing independent project management services to private sector and government clients.
Livingbridge launched in Australia in 2016, and its investment in TSA Management represents the firm's first Australian investment.
The KWM team was led by M&A Partners Matthew Coull and Mark McNamara, supported by Associate Nick Hawthorne and Solicitors Thomas Hannagan and Jake Miyairi. Banking and Finance Partner Elizabeth Hundt Russell and Solicitor Dan Flanagan advised on debt finance.
Commenting on the acquisition, Matt Coull said KWM is proud to have advised Livingbridge on this strategic investment, which has given the firm a strong foothold for further opportunities in the Australian market.
