King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) acted for Exto Partners and Exto B3V Capital Pty Limited, the manager of Exto’s new blockchain fund, B3V Fund (b3v.io), in relation to the establishment of the fund.
The new fund will make investments in cryptocurrencies, tokens and other blockchain related investments and has commenced building its investment portfolio.
The KWM team advising on the transaction was led by partner Tim Sherman and Judith Taylor, Special Counsel, both members of the KWM tax team.
