King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) is pleased to announce that it has advised ClearView Wealth Limited (ClearView) on its wholesale subordinated notes offering.
ClearView intends to use the proceeds of the offering for general corporate and/or capital management purposes, including to repay certain existing indebtedness of ClearView and to fund Tier 2 Capital of a regulated entity within the ClearView Group.
The KWM team included a combination of Debt Capital Markets and Corporate lawyers led by Partners Jo Dodd, Ian Paterson and Henrik Moritz and closely supported by Solicitor Louise Yun.
