King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) is advising Milan-based private equity sponsor, Style Capital, on its investment in the Zimmermann fashion business. The label was founded in Sydney at the Paddington markets in 1991 by sisters Nicky and Simone Zimmermann.
Style Capital is a private equity investor focused on the lifestyle sector. Its current portfolio includes fashion investments in brands such as Forte_Forte, Re/Done and MSGM.
The KWM team advising Style Capital was led by partners Mark McNamara, Elizabeth Hundt Russell and Scott Bouvier and supported by senior associates Genovieve Lajeunesse, Dan Flanagan and Melissa Miller.
