King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) strategic advisor Jock Murray was awarded the Order of Australia, Officer in the General Division (AO), in the Queen's Birthday 2018 Honour List.
Jock joined KWM in 2014 as a strategic advisor to the firm in the infrastructure and government sectors, and has been recognised for his distinguished service to the transport, infrastructure and freight industries, through roles in policy direction, planning and implementation, and to Jesuit education.
In addition to his 28 years' service in the Australian Army, Jock is a former Director General Transport in NSW and was Transport Director for the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games.
