King & Wood Mallesons is delighted to confirm that Kate Hay has joined the KWM partnership.

Asia’s top tier international law firm has strengthened its Intellectual Property practice with the appointment of Kate Hay to the partnership, based in Melbourne.

Kate brings over 20 years’ experience to KWM in multi-jurisdictional patent, copyright and trade mark litigation, and consumer protection litigation.

Commenting on the appointment KWM’s Managing Partner for Dispute Resolution, Matthew Swinn said:
