King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) advised Hony Capital on its latest acquisition of shares in oil & gas group Santos.
The acquisition - done with ENN following the entering into of a relationship agreement between the parties - will see the Chinese gas distributor and private equity firm jointly hold a 15.1 per cent stake.
