Hay street's Sage Hotel to re-brand as Holiday Inn from 1 November

CBRE Hotels and King & Wood Mallesons are pleased to announce their involvement in the arrival of the Holiday Inn brand on West Perth's Hay street, securing on behalf of the property owner, the agreement of IHG to bring the Sage Hotel a fresh identity.

CBRE Hotels and KWM, acting as joint exclusive advisor to successfully select IHG and negotiate a hotel management agreement.

The deal brings Holiday Inn's instantly recognisable hospitality to the West Perth precinct renowned as a tourism and business gateway to the CBD.

Commenting on the deal, Aaron Desange, Head of Capital Markets WA for CBRE said:

When the Holiday Inn West Perth joins the 42 open or pipeline Holiday Inn brand family hotels in Australasia and the Pacific in November, its 101 guestrooms will receive a soft refurbishment, bringing it in line with Holiday Inn's brand standards and additionally undergo a lobby transformation.
