The firm has a strong association with the WGEA, with Global Managing Partner, Sue Kench a longstanding CEO Pay Equity Ambassador. KWM has also been recognised as an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality by the WGEA on multiple occasions, most recently in December 2016.
