Stuart specialises in GST and State taxes. Stuart's stamp duty practice focuses on the Australia-wide stamp duty aspects of real estate acquisitions, securitisation, project financing, asset financing, leveraged acquisitions and business acquisitions.
Stuart also advises regularly on all aspects of GST, with a particular focus on financial transactions.
Stuart began his career as a legal officer in the objections branch of the Victorian State Revenue Office, where he developed his knowledge of stamp duty, pay-roll tax and land tax.
