A depth of experience in complex disputes arising out of Middle Eastern construction projects

In the UAE, our team combines specialist expertise in complex engineering and infrastructure disputes with expertise with disputes arising within, or with a connection to, the UAE and beyond.   We assist our clients both with early dispute resolution and dispute avoidance, and with the execution of successful dispute resolution strategies in arbitration and litigation.

Our team has extensive experience in regional construction disputes.  The team represents clients in major construction disputes arising under the major institutional rules, including: the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Centre and Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce (ADCAC), and our Partners sit as arbitrators in construction disputes.
