Mr. Chen Bing specializes in foreign direct investment, M&A, outbound investment, and general corporate, involving industries including food, agriculture, automotive, electronics, chemical, retail, to name a few.

Mr. Chen has represented numerous international clients and large domestic companies in various M&A and foreign direct investment deals, providing legal services and overall solutions covering deal structure initiation, participation of key deal decision making, negotiation, draft and implementation of transaction documentation, as well as company operation.

Work Experience

Mr. Chen Bing joined King and Wood in 2010. Prior to that he worked at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP as a legal consultant where he mainly provided advice to various international companies on market-entry strategies and on the acquisition of prominent domestic companies in China. He also assisted Chinese companies accessing U.S. capital markets.

Mr. Chen Bing obtained his LL.M of International Law at the East China University of Political Science & Law in Shanghai, and his LL.B of Economic Law from the Haerbin Engineering University. He was qualified as a PRC attorney in 2005.

Mr. Chen Bing is proficient in Mandarin and in English.
